The proposed project falls in the unincorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of Hamilton County. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Cannel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. The proposed site falls in the Crooked Creek Regulated Drain Watershed that has an allowable release rate set at 0.25 em per acre. 4. Detention for this site is provided for in the master plan for West Cannel Marketplace. S. Please submit an outlet pennit for the discharge into the Crooked Creek Regulated Drain - Mayflower Park Ann, to this office. The application is available on our website at htto://www.c:o.hamilton.in.us. go to Departments, Surveyor, and Forms. -._-----~ 18/17/2886 18:59 HAMIL TON CO SURVEYLIt< 3177769628 U Q , 6. The 12" RCP end-section in the south east comer of this proposed project is part of the Mayflower Arm of the Crooked Creek Regulated Drain. For the private stonn sewer ~ectioD of this regulated drain, the end-section will need to be removed and a manhole placed in the current location of the end-section. It appears this manhole will need to have a Neenah R-4342 casting to allow for drainage from between the parking lot and public ROW. 7. Please add Hamilton County Surveyor's Office Standard Detail 0-20 and CT-IO to the construction plans for the issue mentioned in. item #6. 8. As a condition of the outlet pennit, as-built data will need to be provided to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office Standards for the new manhole placed on the regulated drain. This will include inverts on the manhole and the TC for the casting. 9. Please show on the construction plans the Drainage Easement, as shown on tbe secondary plat for West Cannel Marketplace, that is associated with the Regulated Drain. 10. Indiana Code 36-9-27-33 does not allow trees to be planted in the Regulated Drain Basement. When I estimate where this easement is located. it appears that 1 tree and maybe 3 bushes may need to be moved around to be kept out of the easement. 11. Please provide drainage calculations so that storm sewer sizb1g and outlet capacity can be verified. These calculations must be in line with the Master Drainagc Calculations for West Carmel Marketplace that were designed by Woolpert, LLP. 12. Please see the ConstructionlStonnwater Pollution Prevention Plan Teclmical Review and Comment Fonn that was completed by Bob Thompson of HCSO. 13. Please note that further comments may be necessary at a later date.
