The building & Sewer Shall be pvc sewer pipe meeting ASTM specifications 3034 SDR 35 of latest revision; or vitrified clay pipe, meeting
ASTM specifications C-700 for extra strength clay pipe of latest revision unless other materials are hereby permitted in writing. The sewer
shall be installed in accordance with ASTM 2321 for pve pipe and the Uniform Plumbing Code for the State of Indiana. All installations shall be
in strict compliance with pertinent City ofCarmc] ordinances. Back Water check valves shall be installed in accordance with City Code Section
9-1 22(a), and sections P3008.1 and.2 of the International Residential Code. All building scwers shall bc 6" diameter.
All installations shall be "opcn trench" inspccted and approved bv the Cannel Sewer Deoartment before anv backfilline is done. Non-
compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer pennits and/or denial of water connections.
No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or storm water shall be pemlittcd to enter thc public scwer.
Sewer inspections should be reauested at (317) 57J-2648 one to four hours in advancc.
No inspcctions or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangemcnts are made at least 24 hours in advancc. All
plumbers or contractors installing sewer (or water) lines shall havc a plumbers bond posted with the CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE. Ifany street
must he CIlL a senamte street cut nermit shall he ohtainen.

THIS IS THE MASTER PERMIT FOR LOTS 101 -105 FOR
PLANS/PAPERWORK. SEE NOTEPAD.

--STATE RELEASE INFO:

Four conditions and one note re:
1. Townhouse is single family dwelling
unit constructed in a group of 3 or more
attached units, separated by property
lines in which each unit extends from
foundation to roof and with open spaces
on at least 2 sides, per code.
2. Attic access opening of at least 22
inches by 30 inches shall be provided
for attics that exceed 30 sq.ft. and
have a clear height of 30 inches or
more, per code.
3. Townhouses shall be separated by two
one-hour fire-resistive walls or one
two-hour fire-resistive wall with
parapets, per code.
4. Townhouses separated by two on-hour
fire-resistive walls shall be
structurally independent, per code.
