The updated plot plans sent over have a corrected finished floor elevation of 813.43'... The finished floor elevation has been raised by about 2 feet... Thanks Clarification Note: They had previously rounded-up the finished floor elevation on the over-all building plan... It was shown to be 813.5' instead of 813.43' . There is .OT difference in the over-all height (less that 1") due to the previous rounding-up of the floor elevation. Hopefully this answers your question and is the information that you were needing. Those elevations should remain the same, or be higher than what was approved. If they are lower, you will need to contact Gary Duncan in the Engineer's office. Can you let me know the status of those? There was some maintenance/repositioning of the barrels that occurred last week due to the snow and plowing, but currently they are installed based on our understanding. Also, please provide Code Enforcement with status of the sanitary sewer and water main and service lateral testing prior to releasing the building permits. Installation of construction barrels and other measures deemed necessary by the HCRD to protect the bridge superstructure and to minimize the potential for vehicles using the auxiliary lanes to leave the roadway. 5. Agree to work with the City on partial or total reconstruction of the existing drainage structures and inlets under the proposed auxiliary lanes. These structures may not be in a condition suitable for the increase in traffic entering the developmenti especially construction traffic in the short term. In order to release the building permit, Engineering requests the following as a formal commitment from Buckingham: 1. Agree to remove and reconstruct the existing binder pavement improvements within the right-of-way in accordance with the approved plans, in accordance with City specifications and with all appropriate City inspections. 2. Acknowledge that Certificate's of Occupancy (either permanent or temporary) shall not be issued until the entrance is installed in accordance with the approved plans. 3. Work with the Hamilton County Highway Department (HCHD) on approval of a final plan to remove and replace the existing guardrail and to install any measures deemed necessary by the HCHD to protect the bridge superstructure. 4. Installation of construction barrels and other measures deemed necessary by the HCHD to protect the bridge superstructure and to minimize the potential for vehicles using the auxiliary lanes to leave the roadway. 5. Agree to work with the City on partial or total reconstruction of the existing drainage structures and inlets under the proposed auxiliary lanes. These structures may not be in a condition suitable for the increase in traffic entering the development; especially construction traffic in the short term. The binder asphalt installed today will be removed, the area proof rolled, curbs installed and the area repaved to finished elevations. Prior to pavement, no less than two existing storm structures will be reviewed by Carmel and Metro to see if any remedial work is required. From our meeting, it is our understanding that, common area sidewalks, utilities (electric, phone, cable, gas) and landscaping wouldn't be needed for the model release permit. It is anticipated that model construction wouldn't start prior to mid February, and would take approximately three months. Hence there would be no need to occupy by a sales force prior to May I at the earliest. It is Metro's intent to be completely finished with all improvements prior to that date.
