In reviewing the plot plans, there were a few details that needed changed to make them as accurate as possible. I have listed the items below. (1) Shifted the entire building 1'-0" toward the front to lengthen the drives to 20' and 18' to the curbs. (2) Corrected individual plot plan fioor elevations to match the correct elevation that was noted on the overall building plot plan. (3) Corrected an elevation noted in the front of unit 105. I am sorry for the inconvenience of the updated plans. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning these updated plot plans. Thank you for all of your help. I have corrected the typo in the elevation on 105, added the sanitary sewer info, moved the building, and adjusted the concrete numbers to refiect the move.
