3. NEW STOREFRONT ENCLOSED VESTIBULE, MATCH EXISTING
ADJACENT STOREFRONT SYSTEM IN COLOR AND FINISH.

5. EXISTING CONCRETE PATIO TO REMAIN, REPAIR AS
