HomeMy WebLinkAbout07010170 Stop Work Lifted ENCOMPASS NOTE PAD - 03/09/07 NOTES FOR: 07010170 - PI DATE TIME NOTE TEXT 2007-03-07 09:25:47 ***** On 3/6/07, Scott Brewer (Environmental Planner) informed Building office that site is being cleared, and the Planning and Zoning approvals have not yet been obtained. SNL informed Brewer after pulling file that the project was reported to Building as a residential interior remodel. We were not aware that there were exterior site changes planned, or that the use for part or all was going to become commercial. After speaking with Jim Blanchard, a Stop Work order was drawn up, for construction prior to approval of docket #'s 07010022 and 07010023, and because the permit may now need to meet commercial requirements. The order is being posted on 3/7/07. 2007-03-09 08:44:17 **** On 3/8/07: Owner/applicant went to Angie Conn of Plannlng & Zoning and withdrew their variance petitions. They stated they are now going to proceed with the remodel to the house as a residence. (They may just rent out or sell the house.) If it were used as a business, it would be under the home occupation guidelines. They will not proceed with the parking area, etc... --STOP WORK ORDER LIFTED. (SNL notified CPD.) Construction may resume as a residential remodel, as issued.
