Dear Neighbors,
The letter is to give notice that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer meeting will be on April 22, 2024 at 5:15pm in the Carmel City Hall Council
Chambers, 2nd floor, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. They will hold a
hearing upon a special exception application renewal to allow for short term
residential rent of my home at 131 Beechmont Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032 to
other families/guests on occasion. On the occasions I will have guests, I will be
staying in the home.
The application is identified as Docket PZ-2024-00033 SE
The tax ID panel number of the property is 16-10-30-02-07-018.000.
The petition may be examined on the City’s website, through Public Documents _
Laserfiche. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at
the above-mentioned time and place.
