JACKSON'S GRANT ON WILLIAMS CREEK SECTION 8
I, the undersigned Professional Land Surveyor, hereby certify lots 334 and 335 within the Secondary Plat for
Jackson's Grant on Williams Creek Section 8 recorded as Instrument No. 2023004474, Plat Cabinet 6, Slide 355
in the Office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana must be corrected. The owners of Lot 334 have
agreed to give 1.0 foot off the entire West side of their lot to the owners of lot 335. This change and all related
adjustments regarding this change are illustrated on page 2 herein and are clouded as shown. These changes will
be effective with the recording of this certificate of correction. The new descriptions of each lot are as follows:
Lot 334 in the Secondary Plat of Jackson's Grant on Williams Creek Section 8 recorded as Instrument No.
2023004474, Plat Cabinet 6, Slide 355 in the office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana excepting 1.0
foot by parallel lines off the entire West side of said lot.
Lot 335 in the Secondary Plat of Jackson's Grant on Williams Creek Section 8 recorded as Instrument No.
2023004474, Plat Cabinet 6, Slide 355 in the office of the Recorder for Hamilton. County, Indiana and also 1.0
foot by parallel lines off the entire West side of Lot 334.
