In order to ensure that the location of a future home
constructed on lot 93-A is cohesive with the location of
the existing home adjacent to the lot, a 95' BSL is being
proposed for lot 93-A.

Is there a way to make this Replat easier to read, with showing which lines
will be going away and which ones are now added in? Maybe make the old
lines a gray color, instead of black?
