ADLS Dear Mr. Carmosino: At the meeting held January 21, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the Development Plan Amendment and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage petition filed to construct an office building on the site generally located at the south side of 13151 Street between US 31 and Meridian Comers Blvd. APPROVED: Docket No. 157-02 DP AmendlADLS, a petition to amend the Development PIan/Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage. The Plan Commission voted ten (10) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition as amended and subject to the recording of a proposed commitment as amended. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-216-02, a petition to vary Section 23B.12(A) in order to establish parking forward of the principal building. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-217-02, a petition to vary Section 25.01.02(B)(3)(a) in order to establish an accessory building (parking garage) forward of the principal building along the Meridian Comers Boulevard frontage. " , *Wben'\ipplying for Improvement Location Permits for this site, you will need to submit a set of. Construction Plans to the Division of Planning & Zoning for confirmation review. Improvement Location Permits will not be issued until the Division of Planning & Zoning has certified that the plans conform to the Board of Zoning Appeals approvals. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
