To Whom it may Concern;
This correspondence shall serve as a commitment relating to the Hamilton
Crossing Building 6 DP/ADLS approval (Docket Number 157-02 DP
Amend/ADLS). The plans submitted for review and approval for this project
depict "Phase 2 Landscaping" on the landscaping plans. The Phase 2
Landscaping area is generally located along the northern edge of the Hamilton
Crossing 6 site at a location where a potential Interstate Ramp is to be located.
The commitment relating to this area is that Duke Realty Limited Partnership (or
their successors) agrees to and commits to install this Phase 2 landscaping at a
point in time when either final determination that the ramp will not be located at
131 st Street or after construction of the ramp at 131 st Street.
