8. Docket No. 155-02 ADLS Amend- Butler Toyota Body Shop - Building Addition
Petitioner seeks amended Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage
approval to construct a building addition. The site is located at 931 North Range Line
Road. The site is zoned B-3 Business.

The applicant is proposing a building addition at 931 North Range Line Road. The site is the
location of the Butler Toyota Body Shop. Please refer to the informational pack provided last
week with the meeting agendas.
The site is zoned B-3 / Business and such modifications require ADLS Amendment approval by
the Plan Commission.
The area of the proposed addition is limited and is consistent with the existing fa9ade of the
building. With that said, the Department is in support ofthe request as proposed. If the plan was
to entirely redesign the image of the building, other considerations would apply.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the ADLS
application after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
