7. Docket No. 154-02 ADLS Amend- Saddle Creek Subdivision Sign
(141st Street and Beaumont Blvd.)
Petitioner seeks amended Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage
approval to install a new subdivision sign. The site is located at the intersection of 141st
Street and Beaumont Blvd. The site is zoned S-1 Residential (Very Low futensity).
Filed by Doug Elmore for Ditch Road Properties.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a new subdivision sign. Please see
information packet for elevations and details (see information booklet submitted last week with
the agendas). The sign is consistent with the other entry signage for the Saddle Creek
Subdivision.
Entry signage for subdivisions, if not approved at the time of the Primary Plat, is required to seek
approval through the Plan Commission as an ADLS Amendment.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request as
presented.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
