Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00050 V: Zisk Fence Height Variance Dear Mr. & Mrs. Zisk At the meeting held on Monday, April 22, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 837 Bridle Ct. APPROVED: Zisk Fence Height Variance – Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2024-00050 V: Maximum 6’ tall fence along side/rear property line allowed, 8’ granted. Minimum 25% visibility required, 0% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April. 22, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
