PATCH AND REPAIR ALL EXISTINGWALLS TO REMAIN. ADD 5/8" GYPSUM BOARD WHERE NEEDED. TAPE, SAND, ANDPREPARE FOR PRIMER.WALLS: REMOVE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AND ALL ASSOCIATED UTILITIES. REMOVESUCH UTILITIES BACK TO THE NEAREST LOGICAL TERMINATION POINT. REFER TO MEPDRAWINGS.FURNITURE: OWNER TO REMOVE ALL FURNITUREMILLWORK: REMOVE MILLWORK AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION THISLOCATION TO RECEIVE NEW FINISHES- IF LIGHTING, POWER, DATA, PHONE, TV OR OTHER LOW VOLTAGE ELEMENTSTERMINATE WITHIN OR TO MILLWORK AND SAID MILLWORK IS NOT BEING REPLACED,REMOVE SUCH UTILITIES BACK TO THE NEAREST LOGICAL TERMINATION POINT EITHERWITHIN A WALL CAVITY, ABOVE THE CEILING OR BELOW THE FLOOR.
