Dear Committee Member:
Sunrise Development, Inc. presented plans for a proposed Senior Living Facility at your
March 6,2007 Special Studies Committee meeting. The case was continued to the March 29,
2007 meeting.
Since the last meeting, Sunrise has been working with their architects and landscape
architects to modify architectural elements and to increase the on site amenities proposed for the
future residents. While the work is on going, Sunrise submits to you the enclosed drawings and
descriptions of the proposed project. More detail will be available at the March 29 meeting.
Thank you for your consideration of this project. We look forward to presenting this
project at the Special Studies Committee meeting on March 29.
