RE: Incomplete Project Status for: ILP '# 04100090, residential single family.
13335 Sherbern Dr W, Lot 20 Estates at Clay West.
A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (C/O) for the above-referenced project was issued
by the office of Building &: Code Services. Temporary C/O's are issued in order to
accommodate occupancy of new construction, even though there may be incomplete items.
However, they are issued with the understanding that those items be completed and re-
inspected by the date indicated. The date for this extension was March 20, 2007.
To date, the remaining final re-inspection by the Building &: Code Services office has not
been scheduled. Ifwe do not hear from you within ten business days from the date of this letter (April
3,a, 2007), our office will be prohibited, under Ordinance, from issuing future building
permits to you, your firm, or any representative of your firm until all previously
required fermits, inspections, and Certificates of Occupancy have been issued and all
fees paid. This project may be assessed late fees for being Occupied prior to final
approval, as the Temporary C/O is now expired. This project remains not in compliance.
