Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission meeti~g<on the 19th of)/
November, 2002 at 7:00 pm in the Carmel City Hall Council Chambers, One Civic Square,. 2nd'
Floor, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Pubic Hearing upon a Change in Development to
amend the Preliminary Development Plan, under Ordinance No. Z-338, the Planned Unit
Development Ordinance for Providence at Old Meridian, in order to change the Phase II
apartment building development to town houses.
Property being known as vacant ground at the northeast comer of Old Meridian Street and West
Carmel Drive.
The application is identified as Docket No. 149-02-DP AMEND
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the
Second Principal Meridian, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00
degrees 47 minutes 16 seconds East along the east line of said quarter 378.84 feet to the
