· This Item has been placed on the October 16,2002 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee.
Distribution of plans needs to occur no later than October 4, 2002.
· Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, October 25,2002. Published notice
is required within the Indianapolis Star.
· Twenty (20) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no
later than noon, Friday, November 8, 2002. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in
the tabling of the petition to the Tuesday, December 17,2002, agenda ofthe Plan Commission.
· Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than noon, Monday, November 18, 2002.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
· This Item will appear on the November 19, 2002, agenda ofthe Plan Commission under Public Hearings.
· This Item may also appear on the December 3, 2002, agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee.
