Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission meeting on the 17th day of
December, 2002 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana
46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Preliminary Development Plan application for Lauth
Property Group. The applicant requests approval of a Preliminary Development Plan on
approximately 60 acres of land ("Real Estate").
The Real Estate is zoned Planned Unit Development and is located southwest ofthe intersection of
