This correspondence will serve as our request to be included on your upcoming October 16,2002
CarmeVClay Technical Advisory Committee Agenda. In accordance with Section 12, subsection A, of the
approved Planned Unit Development Ordinance, the Commission shall approve the Preliminary
Development Plan (PDP) for any project on the real estate. Please consider this our initial step in obtaining
the Commission's approval.
Plans will be delivered to you under separate cover by American Consulting Engineers on Friday, October
4. Plans will also be delivered to all other T AC members on this same date.
