Special Use Application To Install A Private Recreational Facility (Lucas Baseball Field Project)

The following materials list on the Special Use checklist are inapplicable to petitioner’s request:
1. Signage Plan—No signage is being installed.
2. Lighting/Photometric Plan—No lighting is being installed.
3. Electronic copy of Signage design details and locations proposed—no signage is being
installed.
4. Electronic copy of Landscape Plan with perimeter bufferyards, parking lot plantings,
etc., as required in UDO Sections 5.19 or 5.20—Sections 5.19 and 5.20 are not applicable
to this development. However, the site plan does provide details regarding existing and
planned landscaping.
5. Estimated construction cost to comply with the Transportation Plan per Unified
Development Ordinance 1.07(E)—After review of the Comprehensive Plan, Ditch Road
is labeled as a “Conservation Corridor” See page 57 of the Comprehensive Plan. For
Conservation Corridors, pedestrian facilities, such as a multi-use path, are limited to one
side of the street. See page 56 of the Comprehensive Plan. Ditch Road already features a
pedestrian facility on the opposite side of Ditch Road from the property. As such, no multi-
use trail is required.
6. Electronic copy of Covenants and/or Commitments, if any—No covenants or
commitments are offered at this time
7. Electronic copies of email/correspondence to/from TAC (Technical Advisory
Committee) members—None received as of yet.
