Could you please write something up and put it into the pentamation record? Then, we,can get the builder to come in and sign it, like we would a Conditional Release for issuance. I don't think we should release the Stop Work Order until the builder/owner/some- responsible-party comes in to sign. Thank you. Cc: Mary Garmon Subject: Mr. Window Trudy . f I The Hamilton County Dralnage Board approved the non-en orcement agreement today for the encroachment of the garage into the Homeplace Regulated Drain Easement. While we still have some concerns about the drainage in the area and how they plan on addressing the I surface drainage that goes through were his driveway will be placed, we are asking that the building permit hold be released at this time. We hope the property owner undersiands the drainage issues in that area and takes the proper steps to not make the issues any worse. If they do create a negative impact to the drainage, I am sure we will hear about it from the neighboring residents. If you have any questions, please let me know. Greg Hoyes HCSO Plan Reviewer 2
