All installations shall be in strict compliance with pertinent City of Carmel ordinances. All installations shall be "open trench" inspected and aporoved by the Carmel Sewer Department before any backfilling is donc. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or storm water shall be permitted to entcr the public sewer. Sewer insoections should be requested at (317) 571-2648 one to four hours in advance. No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance.
