MAKE SITE SMOOTH TO FINAL GRADING PLAN ELEVATIONS, FILL IN DEPRESSIONS, LOW SPOTS AND GRADE SMOOTH. 2.ALL SEEDED LAWN AREAS WITHIN LIMIT LINES TO RECEIVE 6" TOPSOIL PRIOR TO SEEDING OPERATIONS.
