Per PUD requirements, light must be reversed/halo, please update These are halo lit per the landlord’s sign criteria. I added the
comment on the drawing.
Please provide consistent information. Schematics show faces being black, but rendering shows the sign in white. Refer to revised
packet attached.
Please provide the following measurements according to the schematic below
Wall sign spandrel panel measurements (height and width) 1’-5”h x 31’-4”w
height from ground to bottom of wall sign 16’-4 ½”
Height from ground to bottom of projections sign 11’–0”
Height and width of projection sign spandrel panel as shown 5’-11”h x 25’-3”w x 3’-0” projection
If awning is being replaced, please provide plans for awnings with measurements. See attached on pages 7-11

How are you going to install the sign where proposed if there are exterior lights there? The goose neck lights will be removed as
shown in the rendering. This is per the Landlord’s request. We had the sign lower, but he asked us to remove the lights and move
the sign up to that section to align better with the rest of the tenant’s signs.
