We are requesting a variance for a Rear Setback of 36.17'.
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: The home on Lot 58 was positioned on the lot to be consistent
with the front setback of the adjacent home. The home on Lot 57, for which construction is complete, has a front yard
setback of 14.27' and complies with the rear setback requirement at 22.58'.
The Felts residence has a front yard setback of 15' to be consistent with the front yard setback of the adjacent home
therefore resulting in a rear setback of 36.17'.
