Please provide a landscape plan showing what will be done with the area
around the back of the building where the new door and faux windows will
be added.

Aside from the removal of an existing tree there is no
landscaping work in the scope of this project. The area
in front of the new tenant opening is a small triangle
that will now have a concrete walk. The tree removal is
shown on D1.01. The new concrete walk is shown on
A4.02.

The elevations have the directions on the title. It is not a
north arrow but a word on the right side of the title.
These are the correct directions to my knowledge. I see
that the North arrows are wrong on the floor plan
drawings. This will be corrected.

Cut sheets will be included in our response. The
storefront will be the anodized alumninum to match the
existing. The new awnings will be painted silver to
match the existing awnings.

The areas in question are existing masonry that we are
cutting openings in. This is not new masonry and there
is not existing limestone. There is actually a soldier
course there that I didn't have drawn. It has been
added.

There is a parapet at this location and shown in the
existing portion of the wall section. Any new equipment
will be located further toward the center of the tenant
space and should be sufficiently screened.

Ok. This will just be a not on the demo and elevations sheets. I will make this correction and will upload the sheets to the public portal this morning.
Daren, will this just require the Owner to plant another tree somewhere on the site? There is not another location at this particular tenant space. The rest of the
project site has sidewalk.

While we do not have any new landscaping on the PZ-2024-00071 : Clay Terrace split 1 tenant space into 4 project, we do need to remove one tree. I did not
show this in the drawings. Please let me know if this is an issue or if you need the drawings adjusted to show this demo work.
