THE VILLAGE OF WESTCLAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION.
BUILDER TO CONTACT WESTCLAY OA (317-574-1164) TO
COORDINATE FLAGGING OF THE WESTCLAY PRIVATE
UTILITIES. BUILDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO
STREET LIGHT WIRING AND PROJECT IRRIGATION SYSTEM
CAUSED BY CONTRACTORS. PLEASE CALL 48 HOURS PRIOR
TO START OF CONSTRUCTION TO ASSURE LOCATES ARE
COMPLETED PRIOR TO EXCAVATION.
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION TO BE
COORDINATED WITH AND PERMITTED THROUGH THE CITY OF
CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND TRICO
REGIONAL REGIONAL WASTE DISTRICT.
BUILDER SHALL NOT ALTER ELEVATION OF DRAINAGE
SWALES, INLETS, FIRE HYDRANTS, WATER VALVES,
MANHOLES, CURBS OR ASPHALT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL
FROM THE CITY OF CARMEL.
BUILDER AND LOT OWNER SHALL ASSUME ALL LIABILITY
ASSOCIATED WITH REQUIRED MINIMUM FLOOD PROTECTION
GRADES AND MINIMUM LOWEST ADJACENT GRADES.
ALL MUD IN STREETS AND OR ADJACENT PARKING AREAS
FROM TRUCKS LEAVING LOT TO BE CLEANED AT THE END OF
EACH WORK DAY.
DECLARANT RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR ITSELF AND THE
ASSOCIATION TO RECONFIGURE THE COMMON PARKING LOTS
FROM TIME TO TIME, WHICH RECONFIGURATION MAY
INCREASE OR DECREASE THE NUMBER OF PARKING

FACILITIES AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION
