CONTRACTOR (NOT THE PROJECT SITE OWNER) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF ANY SOIL,
MATERIALS, ETC. NO OFF-SITE BORROWS OR STOCKPILES WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT.
This project is located within The Village of West Clay at the southeast corner of Harleston Street and Pettigru
Drive in Hamilton County, Indiana. The subject site is 1.21 +/- acres in size; however, the proposed land
disturbance of the project will be 1.44+/- acres, including street parking, walks, and utility services. The entire
site generally sheet drains to the perimeter streets via overland flow. Stormwater is collected within the storm
sewer system routed to the south then west into existing wet detention ponds discharging into the JM Brendle
regulated drain, to Long Branch, to Eagle Creek.
The proposed improvements will consist of building a two (2) story 22,400 +/- square foot medical use building.
Additional proposed improvements will be adding associated parking, drainage, utility infrastructure, street
parking along Pettigru Drive, streetscape improvements, and landscaping.
Post Developed release rates: 2yr = 3.63cfs; 10yr = 5.45cfs; 100yr = 7.69cfs
