(The landlord approved drawings will be forthcoming). We now need to get the package in to City of Carmel for ADLS (Architectural Design Lighting and Sign) review. Please note, the City of Carmel will not issue a building permit until ADLS approval is granted. The landlord is helping to coordinate this and using our consultant, 3rd- Works, to assist as well. 3rd- Works will prepare the color rendering of the tenant storefront in context with the entire building. Please see the text below on what will be needed for submission to Carmel. You should now proceed with preparation for ADLS submission.
