The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: The road widening and change in road right of way location reQuires the reconfiguration and expansion of the existing parking lot. Landscaping reQuirements have increased since original approval and installation. ReQuesting variance to reduce the parking lot landscaping reQuirements to the existing approval. 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: The road widening and change in road right ofwav location reQuires the reconfiguration and expansion of the existing parkina lot.
