Dear Mr. and Mrs. Frey:
At the meeting held Monday, March 26,2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Use Variance (UV) and Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property
located at 220 2nd Street SW.
APPROVED with conditions and commitments: Docket No. 07020017 UV Use Variance for permitted uses.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07020018 V and 07020019 V Development Standards Variances for reduced number of
parking spaces and uncurbed parking area.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (l) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 26,2008.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy ofthis letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
