The applicant seeks approval for a new ground sign.
The site is located at 111 1 st st sw and is zoned 1-1.

The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval for a ground signs at the subject
location. Please see the informational packet distributed with the agenda.
The proposed sign has been erected without any required approvals or permits. The type of sign
that has been erected at the subject location is not permitted and will require a variance.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: This item requires approval by committee and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
