a basement. Also a floor framing plan
has been submitted. Yet the application
indicates a slab. Please correct.
3. Underslab insulation to extend a
total of 48 inches. Drawings indicate
40 in ches. Please correct.
4. Underslab insulation to be a minimum
of R-IO. Drawings indicate R-7.5. Please
correct.
5. A 4 j.n. block is not permitted for
foundation walls. Please correct
drawings.G. Provide a minimum of 2
elevations with materials noced.
7. Room labeled "Flex Room" shall be
changed to reflect the actual use of
the space, i.e. Bedroom, Den, etc.
8. Please provide drawings thac reflect
the actual construction taking place.

1. You are correct thc sets werc not complete the currcnt revisions are attach cd.
2. This home is a slab.
3. Sec attached thc drawing pcr your requcst. We would like to discuss this further
at a latcr date.
4. Same as #3 listed above.
5. Sce attached alternate mcthod that was previously approved by the City of
Canncl. [will discuss with Mike Hollibaugh again.
6. Attached are the elevations of the homc.
7. That room is a Study Room. See the change on thc plan.
8. Attached are the current drawings.
