addition will be post and beam.

w/note condition that is was reviewed
under the 2003 IBC.
Mall Frey was told at submillal that a
HOOD release may be needed. He stated
that someone else was working on this.
SNL told him it and plans would need to
be submilled. ALSO, SNL noted to him
that there were no other released, other
than ARCH, and that this would have to
be evaluated at review--as this is a
restaurant.

APPROVALS-THROUGH OK FROM JIM BLANCHARD.

RELEASED CONDITIONALL Y--THAT ONLY WORK
ON THE INTERIOR OF THE EXISTING
STRUCTURE MAY OCCUR UNTIL THOSE

MADE AWARE OF THIS PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL.

must be completed (Cia issued) within two (1) years of the issuance date.
