ORDINANCE NO. D-2711-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE OPERATING BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE 2024 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT BUDGET Synopsis: Appropriates funds into the 2024 Economic Development Department (1501) budget.
