Sh. Docket No.l23-02 PP; Clay Creek Overlook (Primary and Secondary Plats)
The applicant seeks approval to plat a I-lot residential subdivision on 1.006:::l:: acres. The
site is located at the east end of Redgold Run adjacent to High Grove Subdivision. The
site is zoned S-l/Residence - Estate.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc. for Shamrock Builders,
Inc.
The applicant is proposing a I-lot subdivision.
Please see the informational packet provided by the applicant to view the location and layout of
the lots.
It appears that the primary plat conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Control
Ordinance and no Subdivision Waivers are being requested.
The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on
November lih for further discussion.
However, if there are no concerns raised by the public or comments from Plan Commission
members that may be resolved in committee, the Department would recommend that the
Plan Commission suspend its rules and move to approve the Primary Plat at this meeting.
