A part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Tewnty—five (25), Township Eighteen (18) North,
Range Three (3) East, as follows: Begin at a point 92 rods 2 feet north of the southeast corner of said
northeast quarter and run thence north 13 rods 10 feet 6 inches ; thence west 22 rods 10 feet; thence south
13 rods 10 feet 6 inches; thence east 22 rods 10 feet to the beginning, except 10 rods off the whole west end
thereof, and also except begin at he northeast corner thereof and run thence west 12 rods ; thence south 4
rods; thence east 12 rods, thence north 4 rods to beginning.
