PROVIDENCE AT OLD MERIDIAN - PHASE TWO
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the REPLAT OF BLOCKS TWO THROUGH 18 in
PROVIDENCE AT OLD MERIDIAN - PHASE TWO recorded July 13, 2004 as
Instrument No. 200400048644 in Plat Cabinet 3, Slide 442, in the Office of the Recorder
of Hamilton County, Indiana, was prepared under my supervision and certified by me.
This certificate pertains to the dimensions tying the front and rear of the proposed town
home building to the boundary of Block 7, found on Sheet 2 of said plat as follows:
The 20.5' dimension on Lot 701, tying the front of the building to the Southeastern
boundary of Block 7, shall be 14.5'.
The 8.2' dimension on Lot 701, tying the rear of the building to the Northwestern
boundary of Block 7, shall be 14.2'.
The 18.5' dimension on Lot 704, tying the front of the building to the Southeastern
boundary of Block 7, shall be 12.5'.
The 18' S.D. & U.E. across the Southeastern side of Block 7 (Lots 701 thru 704) shall
be 12' S.D. & U.E.
The revised dimensions are shown graphically on EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein.
