The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed Zone
Map Amendment at their regular meeting on September 17,2002 at 7:00 PM in the Chambers of
the Common Council (2nd Floor), Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
Your property has been identified as either being within the area being rezoned, pursuant to the
Plan Commission Rules of Procedure.
This petition involves the rezoning of property from S~I/Residential to P~l/Parks Cst Recreation.

THE CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission will hold a public hearing upon a Petition To Rezone
property pursuant to the application and plans filed with the Department of Community Services as follows:
Rezone of property commonly known Prairie View Golf Course from S-I/Residential to P-l/Parks &
Recreation. Also described by the following boundary description:
Parcel 2:
The north 24 Yz feet by parallel lines off the following described real estate:
Beginning 24 Yz feet North of a stone situated 27 rods 6 feet East of the Southwest comer of the
Northwest quarter of the said Section 26; East 63 rods: South 49 Yz feet; West 63 rods; North 49 Yz feet to
the place of beginning; all lying East of the second principal meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Parcel 3:
Part of the Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 4 East of
the second principal meridian, Clay Township, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Southwest quarter, said point also being in the center of E.
