An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordin~nce of Carmel, Indiana-1959, as '
amended and supplemented and reading as follows:
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the Town
of CaI'mel, Indiana, under authority of Chapter 174 '
of the Acts of 1947 and all acts amendatory thereto .
of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
ARTICLE I

That Section 6-B of the Zoning Ordinance of Carmel, Indiana-1959, (with
particular reference to the Zone Map-1961, Sheet 1 of 2, as revised) be', amended
" ,
so as to change the following real estate, tow it:
The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest QUq.rter of Section
Twenty-Five (25), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three,
(3) East, except ten acres (10) off of the North side thereof,
leaving thirty (30) acres more or less and the South half of the,
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-
Six (26), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) East.

EXCEPT, Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, in Hamilton
, ,County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 654.0 feet North of the Southeast corner of the West
Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, ". 'I'
Range 3 East, and on the East line thereof, thence North on and
along aforesaid East line 330.43 feet to the present South line or'
the Clay-Carmel School Property; thence in a Westerly direction
on and along said South line of the Clay-Carmel School Property
1309.9 feet to a stone on the West line of the West Half of said
Southwest Quarter; thence South on and along the West line of
said Half Quarter Section 332.73 feet to a point 654.0 feet North" :..
