Filed by Becky Feigh ofBSA Design for Carmel Physicians Surgery and Endoscopy Center. The applicant seeks approval to construct a medical office building at 13421 Old Meridian Street. The Special Studies Committee has requested that the applicant provide a revised rendering of the building to them prior to the meeting. The Special Studies forwards a favorable recommendation on the two waived requests (132-02 ZW and 133-02 ZW) to the full Plan Commission. The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the waivers as presented. The Special Studies Committee requests. that the Plan Commission move to allow the Committee to take final action on the ADLS portion of the request at the December 3rd. The Department recommends that the Plan Commission move to send the ADLS back to the Special Studies Committee allowing them to take final action on the item. Note: Forwarding the item back to Committee for final action will require a vote to waive the Commission's rules of procedure which would have the full Plan Commission take final action.
