Project Description
Meridian Comers Professional Building # 1 is proposed to be build at
the southeast comer of Meridian Comers Boulevard and Shakamac Drive.
Under existing conditions, the entire site consists of grass.
The 0.73 Ac site will be developed for the purpose of constructing a
. professional use buildi~g, associated parking lot and landscape areas. The
development involves the construction of following site utilities: sanitary
sewer, water connection, electric, gas, telephone and cable lines.
The site is zoned B-5/Business. The building will be occupied by two
tenants. A pedestrian path will be constructed along northern side of the
property.
Included in this submission are photographs of the existing site and
full complement of drawings and rendering that depict intentions.
