This particular parcel has no county regulated drainage easements on it so you would not need any approval from us. I didn't see it labeled that way on the drawings. We will need to do a Consent to Encroach for the private improvement within the easement. Our department would support the encroachment. You can apply for the Consent to Encroach by following the attached instructions. One question, the ARB for the subdivision did not approve synthetic turf and asked for it to be sod.
