Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T June 25, 2024 Casey Shinaver Old Town Companies 31 1st Street SW Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00084 V: Felt’s Residence, Rear Yard Setback Variance Dear Ms. Shinaver: At the meeting held on Monday, June 24th, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 865 Rosemary Gardens: APPROVED: Felt’s Residence, Rear Yard Setback Variance - Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2024-00084 V: Maximum 25’ rear yard building setback allowed, 36.17’ granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 24, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
