Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: Setting up produce stand in the parking lot of 160 W Carmel
Drive and would like for the stand to stay there over night during the months of July-end of October. The stand is a small
building that is not on wheels so removing it from the premises every night would not work. We are open every day
during our season and the building will only be left closed/unattended during the night time.
