RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00076 PP/SP: Cherry Creek Farms Minor Subdivision
Dear Mr. Kinney:
The Carmel Plan Commission Committee took the following action at its meeting on June 4, 2024, regarding minor
subdivision plat approval to split one (1) 2.7-acre parcel into two (2) residential lots. The site is located at 13777
Hazel Dell Parkway and is zoned S-1/Residential.
APPROVED with CONDITION: Cherry Creek Farms Minor Subdivision:
• Docket No. PZ-2023-00076 PP/SP: Cherry Creek Farms Minor Subdivision
• CONDITION: The Petitioner contributes the cost, as approved by the Carmel Engineering Department,
to design and construct the path along its street frontage.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
