DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT CONSIDERATION

Based upon all the evidence presented by the Petitioner and upon the
Department Report of the Department of Community Services, dated
September 17,2002, we determine that the Development Plan complies with the
standards set forth in Ch. 24 Planned District Regulations, of the Carmel/Clay
Zoning Ordinance.

We hereby approve of the Development Plan Amendment as submitted with the
following specific conditions as agreed to by the Petitioner.
Condition 1: Recording of the Secondary Plat for Section 1 of CMC Properties
Subdivision.
Condition 2: ADLS apJlroved subiect to Special Studies Committee review and
approval.
We hereby disapprove of the Development Plan Amendment as submitted for
the following reasons:
