RE: Docket No. PZ-2024-00062 DP/ADLS: Everwise Credit Union
Dear Ms. Seals,
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its June 18, 2024 meeting regarding Development
Plan and ADLS approval to build a new 3,400 sq. ft. credit union on 1.15 acres. The site is located at 10920
N. Michigan Rd. and is zoned B-3/Business District. It is also within the US 421 Overlay District.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2024-00062 DP/ADLS: Everwise Credit Union
• The Petitioner receives Development Standards Variance approval from the Carmel Board of
Zoning Appeals (BZA) for the drive-thru location.
• The Petitioner will provide updated wall signs and apply for all necessary sign permits with the
Carmel Planning & Zoning Department.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
